Project Metrópolis received a National Award "Russian Residence-2008" as Best Business Class Residential Complex in Russia. Solemn ceremony took place in the Tretyakov's Gallery in Moscow.

Turk Capital and Millennium Zilant-City Sign Memorandum of Cooperation

The memorandum of cooperation between two companies was signed during the visit to Kuwait of the Republic of Tatarstan’s delegation headed by the Prime Minister R. Minnihanov (November 1-3, 2008).

Millennium Zilant-City has presented a new architectural model of the Kazanka Riverfront Project at the 11th International Commercial Property Exposition EXPO REAL 2008, which takes place in Munich, Germany from 6 to 8 October.

New logo represents a ribbon, forming abbreviation MZC. It symbolizes company’s aspiration for innovation, speed and flexibility. New company’s style was developed by advertising agency Reaspekt.

World's leading real estate summit MIPIM-2008

Millennium Zilant-City is preparing to participate in MIPIM-2008, the world's leading real-estate summit, taking place in Cannes (France) in March, 11-14.  Among the most innovative international projects, two our major developments from Kazan (The New Kazanka Riverfront and The Metropolis)  will be showcased there. We plan to present the real estate world with our approach to urban development, establish working contacts with other participants from Russia and abroad, and to attract investments for our large commercial projects.
